Коды ошибок мобильных/напольных кондиционеров:

Problem	Cause	Remedy
The air cenditioning unit does not start.	No electricity/ It is not pluged into the outlet. The safety device of the plag has tripped.	Wait Plag into the outlet Reset the safety device, if problem persists contact our toll free costomer service
The air cenditioning unit works for a short time only.	The air exhaust hose has а constriction. The air exhaust hose is bloked. There air tight bends in the air exhaust hose.	Position the exhaust hose correctli Check there are no obstacles. Obstucting air discharge. Eliminate the tight bends.
The air conditioner works, but does not cool the room.	Window open. The exhaust hose is detached. Air filters clogged	Close the window. Connect the exhaust. Clean or replace the filter.
Particular odour in the room.	Air partifying filters clogged.	Clean or replace the filters.
The air conditioner does not operate for about 3 minutes after turning it on.	The safety device has tripped.	Wait for 3 minutes
The alarm light Q comes on.	The tank inside the appliance is full.	Empty the tank (see "End season operations) on page 10)
SELF-DIAGNOSIS The appliance has a self diagnosis system to identifiy a namber of malfunctions. Error messages are dispiayed on the appliance dispiay.

IF … IS DISPLAYED,	… WHAT SHOULD I DO?
	The appliance is fitted with a frost protection device to avoid excessive formation of ice. The appliance starts up again automatically when the defrosting process is completed.
	Empty the internal safety tray following the instructions in the section «End or season operations». If it reoccurs in cooling mode, contact your local authorised customer services. In heating mode: empty the internal tray.
	When this message is dispiayed, the water filter needs replacing as described in the section: «Replacing the limescale filter».
	If this is dispiayed, contact your local outhorised service cetre.
	This message could appear if the qater is particulary clogged. See section: «Replacing the limescale filter». If the filter has been recently, contact your local outhorised service cetre.
